Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Edgar Official Studio ("we") collects and uses information when you use the game Sortopia Puzzle (the "App").
1. Information we collect
Google account (when you sign in): your email address and display name, via Firebase Authentication — to save progress and rankings.
Game data: progress, coins, level and scores — stored in Firebase Firestore for multi-device sync and the leaderboard.
Advertising: we use Google AdMob, which may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve ads.
Purchases: in-app purchases are handled by Google Play; we do not receive or store your card/payment details.
If you play as a guest (not signed in), we do not collect your email and progress is stored only on your device.
2. How we use information
Save and sync your game progress across devices.
Show your name and score on the leaderboard.
Serve ads and process in-app purchases.
3. Third-party sharing
We do not sell personal data. We use Google services (Firebase, AdMob, Google Play Billing) to provide these features. See the Google Privacy Policy.
4. Account & Data Deletion
Sortopia Puzzle (by Edgar Official Studio) lets you request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
How to request: Email edgarofficialstudio@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my account".
What is deleted: your account and all associated data — email address, display name, user ID, game progress, coins, levels, scores, and your leaderboard entry.
What may be retained: minimal records required by law or for fraud prevention. Purchase records are handled by Google Play under Google's policies.
Timeframe: account and personal data are deleted within 30 days of a verified request. Guest data is stored only on your device and is removed when you uninstall the app or clear app data.
5. Children
The App is for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
6. Security & changes
We take reasonable measures to protect data. This policy may be updated; changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.

Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By installing or using Sortopia Puzzle, you agree to these terms.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App.
3. In-app purchases
The App sells virtual items (coins) and a remove-ads pack via Google Play. Virtual items have no cash value and are non-refundable, except where required by law or Google Play policy. Prices are shown in your local currency at the time of purchase.
4. User conduct
You may not cheat, tamper with the servers/leaderboard, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.
5. Disclaimer & liability
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the App.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
