Privacy Policy
Effective date: May 6, 2026
Kolvio Studio ("we", "us", or "our") built Sort Nova as an ad-supported mobile game. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you use Sort Nova, how it is used, and what choices you have.
Information We Collect
Sort Nova does not require an account and does not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, videos, precise location, or payment information.
The app may collect or process the following information:
- Game progress and settings, such as completed levels, daily challenge progress, sound settings, vibration settings, hints, undos, remove-top charges, and active puzzle state. This information is stored locally on your device.
- App activity and usage information, such as app opens, screen views, gameplay interactions, and ad interactions. This information may be collected through Firebase Analytics and Google AdMob.
- Crash and diagnostic information, such as crash logs, stack traces, device model, operating system version, app version, performance information, and other technical diagnostics. This information may be collected through Firebase Crashlytics and Google AdMob.
- Device or other identifiers, such as advertising ID, app set ID, Firebase installation ID, app instance ID, and Crashlytics installation UUID. These identifiers may be used for analytics, advertising, fraud prevention, and crash reporting.
- Approximate location may be inferred from technical information such as IP address by Google services for analytics, advertising, fraud prevention, and service operation. Sort Nova does not request precise location permission.
How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Run and maintain the game.
- Save your game progress and settings on your device.

Third-Party Services
Sort Nova uses third-party services provided by Google:
- Google AdMob, for advertising and rewarded ads.

Advertising
Sort Nova uses Google AdMob to show ads. AdMob may use device identifiers, approximate location, app activity, and other technical information to provide, measure, and improve advertising, to prevent fraud, and to comply with legal requirements.
Where required by law or platform policy, users may be asked for consent related to personalized ads and related data processing.
You can reset or delete your Android advertising ID in your device settings. You may also control ad personalization through your Google account or Android settings, where available.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information.
Information may be shared with Google services used by the app, including AdMob and Firebase, for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, such as advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, and crash reporting.
We may also disclose information if required by law or if necessary to protect our rights, users, or services.
Data Security
Information sent to Google services is encrypted in transit using secure protocols such as HTTPS/TLS. Local game progress and settings are stored on your device.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, but we use reasonable measures and trusted service providers to protect information.
Data Retention and Deletion
Game progress and settings stored locally on your device remain until you reset the app data or uninstall the app.
Analytics, advertising, and crash data collected by Google services are retained according to Google and Firebase retention practices and settings.
If you want to request deletion of data associated with your use of Sort Nova, contact us at kolvio.studio@gmail.com. Because Sort Nova does not use user accounts, we may not be able to identify all data associated with a specific user, but we will help where reasonably possible.
Children's Privacy
Sort Nova is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us at kolvio.studio@gmail.com.
