This policy applies to all Soptech mobile apps, distributed through both Google Play (Android) and the Apple App Store (iOS), including AI Passport & Visa Photo Maker.
Soptech apps run entirely on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information about you. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. We do not have a server.
None. Soptech apps do not collect, log, transmit, or share any personal data, device identifiers, contacts, location, screen content, browsing history, photo content, or analytics.
Each Soptech app stores a small amount of state in its own local app storage so the app can function correctly across launches — for example, an internal flag indicating whether you have completed an in-app unlock. None of this data is transmitted off your device by us, and all of it is removed when you uninstall the app.
If a Soptech app processes a photo or other media you select, all processing happens on your phone using on-device models bundled with the app. Your photo or media never leaves the device, and no internet connection is required for the processing itself.
Some Soptech apps offer in-app unlocks. Purchases are processed exclusively by the platform's official billing system — Google Play Billing on Android, Apple StoreKit / App Store on iOS. We do not see your payment method, name, or billing address — the platform handles the transaction. The platform's handling of payment data is governed by Google's and Apple's own privacy policies, respectively.
Permissions requested by each app are used only for that app's stated function, as described in the app's store listing and in-app prompts. We do not access permissions for any purpose beyond the feature the user is enabling.
On iOS, the app may request access to your Photos library (to import a photo for processing and to save the result) and to the Camera (to take an in-app photo). Both are used only for the user-initiated feature; no photo data is read, copied, or transmitted otherwise.
When an Android Soptech app uses an Android Accessibility Service, it is solely to perform that app's stated on-device function (e.g., detecting input events for touch-blocking). No app reads screen content, captures keystrokes, or transmits accessibility data.
Some apps include an Internet permission to support the platform's billing system (Google Play Billing on Android, Apple StoreKit on iOS). No app data, photo content, or analytics are sent over the internet by any Soptech app. The Internet permission is used only by the platform's billing library to verify purchases.
Soptech apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. We do not use child-directed advertising or design.
If we change this policy materially, we'll update the Effective date above. Continued use of any Soptech app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
