Discover Colima, is an application that shows tourist places in the state of Colima, Mexico. So that people and users can use it as a tourist guide. This document shows how to provide support for the users of the application discover colima

3. Application Installation
To install colima, follow these steps:
Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) on your mobile device.
Search "discover colima" in the app store.
Select the application and press the "Install" button.
Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation.
4. Main Features
The main function of the application is to share information about the most important tourist sites in Colima, Mexico, such as its lakes, rivers, beaches and any other that is emblematic of Colima.
As well as photos of those places, also a description, comments from people, and a guide on how to get to them.
5. Solving Common Problems
- How to login:
On the right side of the menu, click on sign in, accept the terms, policies, Eula, and sign in with the Apple account.
- Sign off:
In the main menu, at the top is the sign Logout, so you can close your session.
- Delete all your data:
The application has the option to delete all your data permanently, to perform this action, you need to go to the main menu/settings and at the bottom is the option to delete data, press delete data, and all your information will be permanently deleted and no way to recover.
- How to block undesirable people.
While logged in, long press on the person's image, and an alert will appear on the screen, allowing you to block the person. After performing this operation, you will no longer see comments from this person.
- To re-enable blocked users
To re-enable blocked users in the menu/settings, there is a button that says see the list of blocked people, there you will see the people you have blocked, there you can unblock that person to see their comments.
