Journal Entry

Have been working hard on my IP all week during the time I can't use to film. Set to film tomorrow from 9-11:30 with Amy and Uanne! So excited! I have:

• 2 cameras
• 2 mics, one external and one Rode
• 4 tripods, two for cameras and two for lights
• 2 Luxli Orchestra series Viola lights
• 2 actors
• 2.5 hours to film everything!
• 10 minutes of script
• 1 me

I really hope Commons is open that early!

Journal Entry

Finished filming! I didn't get a few shots I wanted because we ran out of time but we got all of the principal photography. We literally filmed for the entire two and a half hours. We would've had more time to do more takes and for me to get b-roll if they had been fully memorized, but it's alright. I'm not actually sure if the Rode mic was working but I guess we'll see when I start editing. Uanne and Amy did a great job!

Journal Entry

Wow, this weekend is filming weekend! I'm about to go film with Jack and Derrick right now for two hours. Really getting everything done, so exciting! This way, we'll have time to reshoot just in case I have to before AP week.

Just finished filming for an hour and a half! The guys did great--really satisfied with their performances. It got so cold though and I was wearing shorts because it had been a lot warmer earlier so by the time we were done, all of our hands were numb and the wind was brutal. On top of that, it started raining a little bit the whole time we were filming so I really just crossed my fingers and hoped it wouldn't actually start raining for real. Towards the end, the rain was actually coming down in the lightest drizzle, but by the then we were basically done with all of the big acting so we were able to wrap and pack up really quickly. Both films finished in one weekend! Woohoo! I think I'm technically ahead of schedule now!
