Soojeong Jeong is currently a Ph.D. candidate in the department of Instructional Technology and Leaning Sciences at Utah State University. She holds a M.S. in Educational Technology from Korea University in South Korea, Seoul, and a B.A. in Education as well as a B.S. in Mathematics Education from the same university.
Her research interests include self-regulated learning, social-cultural influences on learning, mathematics education, and technology-supported learning environments.
Her dissertation research focuses on how first-year undergraduate students develop their self-regulated learning through an peer-led academic support program called Supplemental Instruction.
