  • My TV cannot be found

    • Please make sure that your TV is connected to same WLAN network as your iPhone. If it still does not work, send an email with your TV Model to the contact email at the bottom of the page.

  • Is it possible to customize the layout of the remote?

    • As of now this functionality is not provided. However, it is planned for the near future.

  • Do I have to turn the TV on manually before I can use the app?

    • No, you only have to turn it on in the beginning so we can find the tv on your local network.
