Business contact information: your name, organization, job title, phone number, fax, email address, postal address, postal code.
Product information: device model, serial number, number of purchase, purchase date.
Feedback information: the content of your chats and other communications with CHISON, or feedback to our requirements and improvement schemes when using products, etc.1.2 Information we collect automatically
Website Data: When you use our Site, we may collect and analyze information such as your IP address (or proxy server), device and application identification numbers, location, browser type, hardware model Internet Service provider and/or mobile carrier, operating system and system configuration information.
Device Data: When you access the Services via a mobile device, we may collect your mobile device's operating system or platform, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device's unique device ID and information about the features of our App you accessed.
Product Usage Data: We may collect certain analytics information about your use of the product and APP (such as device model, types or settings of the products used, workflows used, log files, buttons pressed, battery information, temperature information, usage statistics, or support requests and results, etc.). We collect and use most of this information solely in anonymous and aggregate form, but maintain log files in identifiable form for a period of time for troubleshooting and other purposes. At present, we will not actively share or transfer your personal information to a third party outside of CHISON. If there are other circumstances in which your personal information is to be shared or transferred or where you require us to share or transfer your personal information to a third party outside of CHISON, we will directly obtain or verify the third party has obtained your prior express consent to such share or transfer of your personal information.
We will not publicly disclose personal information collected by us. If we have to disclose such information publicly, we will inform you of the purpose of such disclosure, type of information disclosed and the sensitive information that may be involved, and obtain your prior express consent.
We may share, transfer, or publicly disclose personal information without prior consent of the subject of personal information, where we are legally required bylaw, legal process, proceedings, or public and governmental authorities.
As our business continues to develop, we may engage in mergers, acquisitions, transfers of assets, etc. We will inform you of such circumstances and continue to protect your personal information and require new controllers to continue to protect your personal information in accordance with the laws and regulations and the standards as strict as required by this Guideline.5. If we have collected and processed your personal information with your consent, then you can withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.

We are committed to protecting the online privacy of children. Our Product and Services are intended for individuals who are trained and certified to use the Product, and not geared towards children.
In order to protect the privacy of children, children under 18 years of age are not permitted to provide any personal information to us and any users of our Product and Services are to ensure that any information of a minor (including any Patient Information and/or Examination Information) is only be provided to us with parental consent.
