The Sonivo app respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

This Privacy Policy explains how our offline music player app handles your data when you use the app.

1. Overview

Sonivo is designed as an offline music player.

All your songs, playlists, and personal data are stored locally on your device.

We do not collect, track, or upload any of your personal information or media files to our servers.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or share any of the following information:

• Personal details (name, email, address, or contact information)

• Usage data or analytics

• Location data

• Media files, playlists, or playback history

• Device identifiers or advertising data

Your entire music library and preferences remain private and local on your device.

3. Data Stored Locally

The app may store the following data only on your device to improve your experience:

• Imported audio files (e.g., MP3, WAV, FLAC, etc.)

• Playlists and playback settings

• Favorite tracks or recently played songs

• App preferences such as dark mode, playback speed, or equalizer settings

This data never leaves your device and can be deleted at any time by uninstalling the app.

4. In-App Purchases

We use Apple’s secure payment system (StoreKit) for subscriptions and one-time purchases.

We do not process or store any of your payment or billing details.

All transactions are handled securely by Apple.

5. Cloud Services (Optional Imports)

If you import music from cloud services (such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive),

authentication and data transfer are handled securely through each service’s official API.

Sonivo does not store or access your account credentials.

Imported files are stored locally after download and can be deleted anytime.

6. Network Usage

The app may use your local Wi-Fi connection for:

• File sharing between devices (via Multipeer Connectivity or local network)

• Importing tracks from connected cloud services

All transfers occur locally and are not sent to any external server controlled by us.

7. Your Rights

You have full control over your data. You can:

• Delete songs, playlists, or any imported data at any time

• Uninstall the app to remove all stored content

• Disable ads by purchasing the Premium version

8. Children’s Privacy

Our app does not target children under 13 and does not collect any personal data from them.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Any changes will be reflected with an updated “Last Updated” date above.
