If you want a five-headphone set for shared school or study spaces, choose Sonitum Kids Headphones; if you need two foldable wired headphones for individual use and travel, choose UKELALA U2. For studying, the deciding factors are whether you need a set of five or a pair that folds for storage.
Sonitum Kids Headphones vs UKELALA U2 at a Glance
• UKELALA U2: A two-piece set with a folding design, a soft headband and a retractable structure that uses stainless steel; the trade-off is that it supplies two headphones, not five.
• Both use a 3.5 mm jack, dynamic drivers, a 20 Hz–20,000 Hz frequency range and sound isolation.
• Choose Sonitum for a classroom, library or household that needs several wired headphones. Choose UKELALA for a student who wants a pair to store and carry.
Sonitum’s clearest advantage is quantity: the box contains five wired, on-ear headphones. That makes the set a practical fit when several children need headphones at once, such as during classroom activities, library sessions or shared study time at home. Rather than buying a single headset for each student, a school or family can keep a group of matching-use headphones together.
The design is straightforward for wired listening. Each headset connects through a 3.5 mm jack, so it is intended for devices with that port. The on-ear cups are cushioned, and the headband is adjustable, giving the fit some flexibility for different users. Mixed colors can also help distinguish one headset from another in a shared space. The stated sound-isolation feature may help keep listening more focused, though it should not be treated as active noise cancellation.
The trade-off is that this is a five-headphone set, not a compact folding travel pair. The sheet describes a long cord and an L-shaped jack, details that may be useful when a device is being used at a desk or held in a student’s hands, but they also mean there is a cable to manage. Skip Sonitum if you only need one or two headphones and want a folding design for carrying.

UKELALA U2 is a two-headphone set aimed at people who want a wired option for individual use. Its foldable design is the most distinctive practical feature: when the headphones are not in use, folding them makes them smaller to store and carry. That can suit a student moving between home, school and travel, or a family that wants a spare pair without needing a larger set.
The headband is described as soft and breathable, while the retractable structure uses stainless steel. Those design details point to an adjustable, portable over-head style rather than earbuds or a rigid headset. The headphones connect through a 3.5 mm jack and are described as compatible with devices that have that connection, including tablets, laptops and computers. They also have dynamic drivers, a 20 Hz–20,000 Hz frequency range and sound isolation, just as Sonitum does.
Its central limitation is quantity: the package includes two headphones, so it is less suited to outfitting a larger group. The listed color combination is green and blue, which is worth noting if you are buying a set for a particular person or shared use. Skip UKELALA if your main need is five headphones for a classroom or group study area.
• Best for a classroom or library that needs several headsets → Sonitum Kids Headphones. Its five-piece set is built around shared use.
• Best for carrying between study locations → UKELALA U2. The folding design is intended to reduce the space the headphones take up when stored.
• Best for a household that wants a pair → UKELALA U2. It includes two wired headphones, giving a family more than one headset without supplying a larger group set.
• Best for fitting out a larger group → Sonitum Kids Headphones. Five units make it the more direct choice when several children need headphones at the same time.
• Best for a cushioned, adjustable on-ear option → Sonitum Kids Headphones. Its listed features include cushioned ear pieces and an adjustable design.
• Best for a soft, breathable headband and retractable structure → UKELALA U2. Those details may matter to someone planning to wear the headphones for a study session or a trip.
• Best for a simple wired connection → Tie. Both have 3.5 mm jacks, so the relevant question is whether the device you plan to use has that port.
• Best for sound-isolation features on paper → Tie. Both list sound isolation; neither sheet specifies active noise cancellation.
Buying Considerations
For studying, first count the people who will use the headphones. Sonitum is the more natural fit for a shared space because it includes five headsets. UKELALA is easier to match to a student or small household that needs two and wants to fold them away after a session.
Comfort and storage are separate considerations here. Sonitum lists cushioned ear pieces and an adjustable design, which may help when different children share a headset. UKELALA describes a soft, breathable headband and a folding structure, which may be more appealing when a student wears the headphones on the move or needs to pack them away. Neither description supplies a specific fit range, so the details do not guarantee that one model will fit every child better.
The specifications do not give a clear audio-quality winner. Both use dynamic drivers, cover a listed frequency range from 20 Hz to 20,000 Hz and include sound isolation. Those shared details are useful for comparing the basic design, but they are not a substitute for a direct listening comparison. If you are shopping for the best true wireless earbuds for studying, neither is a match: both are wired, over-head headphones. If you mean open ear earbuds for studying, these are not open-ear designs either. And if your search is for the best comfortable headband headphones for studying, UKELALA’s soft, breathable headband and Sonitum’s cushioned cups are the concrete distinctions to weigh.
I would choose Sonitum Kids Headphones for a study room that needs several children to listen at once. The five-headphone set, cushioned ear pieces and adjustable design make it the more useful group option. For studying, I’d pick UKELALA U2 instead if portability and a pair that folds away matter more than supplying a larger group.
