A Walk to Remember: Music from the Motion Picture is the soundtrack to the 2002 film A Walk to Remember, released by Epic Records and Sony Music Soundtrax on January 15, 2002.[1] The album features six songs performed by Mandy Moore, along with others by Switchfoot, Rachael Lampa and many more.

The soundtrack was re-released on October 21, 2003, as a special expanded edition and featured three songs that were not originally included on the first release of the soundtrack but featured in the film. The song "Only Hope" by Moore had dialogue added that featuring Shane West as his character Landon Carter taken from the scene from where the song is featured in the film, as well as West's narration at the end of the film.[2]

Shankman said of Mandy Moore that she "has the voice and the face of an angel" and added that she is luminous.[4] Moore explained that she was moved by the book: "I had such a visceral reaction to it that I remember not being able to read because I was almost hyperventilating while I was crying." Commenting on the film, she said: "It was my first movie and I know people say it may be cliche and it's a tearjerker or it's cheesy, but for me, it's the thing I'm most proud of."

The mourners then also headed north for the walk portion of the event, making a circuit around the lower campus quad. The West family led the procession, in memory of Stacey and Adin. The crowd walked for the steps their babies never got to take.

"I had such a visceral reaction to it that I remember not being able to read because I was almost hyperventilating while I was crying," she told the Los Angeles Times in 2010. "It was my first movie and I know people say it may be cliche and it's a tearjerker or it's cheesy, but for me, it's the thing I'm most proud of."

Kinda got a song stuck in my head, but I last heard it like 10-15 years ago, I faintly think I remember partly there being some Spanish singing and partly some English lyrics I think I remember a female singing something 123 "when will you and I be a star" something about a party some Spanish bits I think i

remember is "balla un balla" not sure how it's spelled probably butchered that..

It's a country song with something like

...your dress...

...my floor...

...the neighbor telling us to be quiet...

..you tell me we should stop doing this as you come in for another kiss...

These are the parts I remember

I'm looking for a metal song because a line keeps getting stuck in my head. I beleive they were quite small and american the lyrics I remember are: "Your not happy where you are or where you've been". I am then less sure of the next line but I beleive it went: "So why'd you go so goddamn far, to only begin".

Looking for a song I heard on the radio today... It starts with just drums, then other instruments come in. The verses almost sound like they're on a different beat from where you started, and the chorus lyrics, in my memory, say something about the "same old (love?). It's definitely a soul song, and sounds like it's being performed by an African American group. I can't for the life of me remember the rest of the lyrics. Can anyone help?

I'm looking for a song that's by a female singer, I remember watching the video with the song around five years ago, although it could be older than that. I was from a gacha video titled "Love, Hate, Murder" although searching through the two videos posted on there have no results.

The lyrics were something like:

Seeing faces everywhere

Are they even really there?

(This line I can't remember)

(3 syllables) That's written in blood

I think the lines also contained something about a mirror? I've been searching for a bit with no such luck, if anyone knows what this could be that would be appreciated.

This is probably not the right words but this is all I can remember of a song I heard in a mix that was deleted today. It was a black female and maybe 1980s-1990s?

"Knew right from the start

You said that you would never let me go (you broke my heart)

and all those dreams I had of you (were much too far)

something something (you're an evil heart?)"

hey, im trying to find a song, i dont remember much but the lyrics said something along the lines:

i have hope i have faith in this...

it has nothing to do with jesus or religion since thats the only thing i have been finding with those lyrics. it has this kinda hype summery vibe of 2015 songs or something like that.

Looking for a song sung in a breathy/whispery voice, female singer, the lyrics i remember go along the lines of

when you hear me calling --- forever(?)

-- uh huh uh huh... ahhh

uh huh uh huh

the beat is quite fast, its a nice vibey song that could totally work in a car commercial

I'm looking for a song from a teenage comedy movie form end of the 80s or somewehre in the 90's.

They discover or steal a parfume to make girls fall in love. But then everything goes wrong.

The song was performed from a few girls in the movie and it starts with "he doesnt' shower me with diamonds" and in the refrain is "he's got the magic potion *some text i don't remember* he's got the magic potion and he got me"

Hes singing about what he did and is apologising to his 3 sisters and his brother and grandparents

All i can remember the most is hes saying "i love yall so much , i never ment to hurt you and i wish i could take it back all im asking is for one last chance"

Its like a sad apologising rap song

I've been trying to look for a song, I think it's a pretty old song, in the rap/RnB genre. I remember a few lyrics that go like,

"One day at a time, what you have today could be gone tomorrow. If you ??? and pray, if you beg and borrow." And I think towards the end of the song it goes, "Baby it's alright," over and over again until it ends.

Can't find a song help, it's a dance song, female vocalist, however throughout the song there are whale/dolphin noises. It's a catchy number but I couldn't make out/remember the words the woman was singing

I have a vivid memory of hearing a song repeatedly in public places. I'm trying to remember some lyrics that were in it. I think some nearing a beat drop were "...alive...". I can try to describe it: Released somewhere around 2007-2016. I heard it a lot around 2015-2016. Synthy, female singer, was streamed on radios in the US (I live in the midwest)

Song by a female singer, in the music video there where a bunch of women wearing dresses and brushing each other hair, sisterhood vibes in the vid, I don't remember much of the lyrics but the end of the chorus was "like no other", song it's from 2023 I believe

searching for an R&B song, singers sound like 3LW

i don't remember the exact words but they sounded like: ''rebound my memory... i'll be your shadow your ghetto but it's cold though''

please heeeelp!

There is a song where boyfriend is dead and his soul sings the song while the girlfriend is shown doing everyday chores and then dancing alone in her room. At the end the girl is shown laying flowers on the grave of his boyfriend. Singer is a bald man ( with little stubble on his head) Trying to remember the lyrics just cant

The songs you choose for your wedding day create beautiful moments that you know will stay in your memory forever. Your song choices are also a great way to express who you are as a couple: classical traditionalists, vintage music aficionados, or pure romantics.

Whenever I would go to Tonia's house, which was often, we'd be camped in front of the television tuned to MTV. So many songs from the mid-80s to the mid-90s remind me of Tonia, but one song that stands out is "Radio Song" by R.E.M.

The one caf in town had a jukebox. Tonia and I took stats for the basketball team one season, so on home-game days, we'd walk down to the caf after school, grab a bite to eat and play some tunes on the jukebox before walking back to the high school. Surprisingly, the jukebox had "Radio Song" on it, and we thought we were SO COOL because we knew that song. She had I had the same tastes in music, and when the alternative radio stations (REV105 and the Edge) came to be, we were in musical heaven.

Tonia died of melanoma in 2005 at the age of 28. I had known her since kindergarten, and we were such good friends from day one. She was a very unique person, and she's very often on my mind. Many of the songs I hear on Teenage Kicks bring back such wonderful memories. It takes me back to the days, hanging out with one of my best friends.

But as I pass by, I notice the resident is agitated and anxious. So, I begin singing a song I know they are familiar with and they begin to sing along. The music can help re-orient them to reality and help them remember and know they are safe. Music can be beneficial for the psycho-social, physical, and emotional needs of a resident. That is what makes music so unique because it helps the whole person.

A: Well that takes us back to how the brain thrives on rhythm and melodic structure. Structure is a way we learn and retain. Music is different than simply speaking, the melodic structure is strong in the brain because the brain itself thrives on rhythm and repetitive melodies. That is why we often learn information to the tune of a song such as the ABCs. So, when names, reality orientation, and different memories are lost, music can be recalled because of the melodic and rhythmic triggers. Because of this, different songs trigger different memories and these memories can trigger emotions.

When it comes to the main male role model in your life, picking funeral songs may feel like a daunting task. But with the songs above and more out there, the perfect songs for Dad are only a click away. 0852c4b9a8
