SONGMU("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information collected through FlyCleaner ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your information.
1. Information We Collect & Device Permissions
To deliver storage cleaning, file organization, and performance diagnostics, FlyCleaner requires specific permissions and collects minimal system information:
Storage Access (Read/Write External Storage)
Purpose: Junk scanning, duplicate photo detection, large file cleanup, and cache clearing.
Type: Required
Scope: Analyzes file metadata locally on your device. Files are deleted only upon user confirmation.
Installed Applications List
Purpose: Detecting app cache, residual installation packages, and application usage metrics.
Type: Required
Scope: Scans package names locally to calculate residual junk. Never uploaded to external servers.
Device Identifiers (OAID, Android ID)
Purpose: App performance analysis, crash reporting, and advertising attribution.
Type: Optional
Scope: Pseudonymized hardware IDs used strictly for analytical metrics and fraud prevention.
Usage & Crash Logs
Purpose: Diagnosing software crashes, fixing bugs.
Type: Optional
Scope: Technical log data collected via standard SDKs (e.g., Firebase Crashlytics).
Note: We do NOT collect your legal name, physical address, financial details, phone numbers, contact list, real-time GPS location, or the content of your personal communications.
2. How Your Data Is Processed & Stored
2.1 Local Processing First: The vast majority of scan data (including file trees, photo hashes, and application caches) is processed entirely locally on your device and is never transmitted off the device.
2.2 Third-Party Service Providers: We may integrate trusted third-party SDKs for analytics and advertising. These third parties may collect anonymous or pseudonymous device identifiers in accordance with their respective privacy policies:
Google Play Services (Used for app licensing and core Android functionality)
Google AdMob (Serving contextual or personalized advertisements)
Firebase (Automated crash report collection)
3. Data Protection & Retention
We implement industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction. Technical operational logs are retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill diagnostic purposes (typically up to 90 days) and are subsequently aggregated or permanently deleted.
4. Your Privacy Rights & Permission Control
Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR in the EU and CCPA/CPRA in California), you possess specific rights regarding your data:
Permission Revocation: You can revoke device storage or application access permissions at any time via your device settings (Settings > Apps > FlyCleaner > Permissions).
Ad Choices: You may opt out of personalized advertising by enabling "Opt out of Ads Personalization" (Android).
Data Erasure Requests: Since we do not maintain user accounts or store personal identities on external servers, data erasure is automatically accomplished by uninstalling the App and clearing local data.
5. Children's Privacy
FlyCleaner is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Union). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently gathered such data, please contact us immediately for prompt deletion.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Material modifications will be notified via an in-app banner or an updated "Effective Date" at the top of this document.
