Audio Games Studio ("we", "our", or "us") operates the SongMatch mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App and the choices you have associated with that data.
1. Information Collection and Use
We collect a limited amount of information to provide and improve the gameplay experience.
User Profile Data: The App allows you to select an avatar. This data is stored strictly locally on your device within an encrypted Room SQLite database and is never transmitted to our servers.
Gameplay Statistics: Your progress, game scores, mastered decades, and diamond economy balances are tracked and saved locally on your device to enable game progression.
2. Third-Party Services and Advertisements
To support the App's diamond economy, we integrate third-party advertising services. These third-party services may collect information used to identify your device.
Google AdMob: We use Google AdMob to serve rewarded advertisements that allow players to refill their in-game currency (Diamonds). AdMob may collect and process device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID / AD_ID) and usage data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads.

3. Permissions
The App requires the following device permissions to function correctly:
INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Required to communicate with the Google Mobile Ads network to load and display rewarded video ads.
AD_ID Permission: Required on modern Android devices to allow AdMob to safely deliver test or production advertisements.
4. Data Security
The security of your data is important to us. Since all player profile data and scores are saved directly to your local hardware using Android’s Room Persistence Library, your data remains completely under your own physical control. No gameplay or user profiling data is uploaded to external cloud storage managed by us.
5. Children's Privacy
Our App is a family-friendly music quiz and does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so that we can take necessary actions.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
