The 'Company' does not directly collect, store, request, or process any form of personally identifiable information (such as name, email, phone number, unique device identifier, etc.) in providing 'this App'. The user must use the app entirely at their own risk, and the 'Company' is fully indemnified in this regard.
1. All legal issues and disputes arising in connection with the interpretation of this Privacy Policy and the use of 'this App' shall be governed solely by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2. In the event of any legal dispute between the 'Company' and the user regarding 'this App', the exclusive jurisdiction for such litigation shall be limited to the competent courts within the Republic of Korea. This provision shall apply with the highest priority, regardless of the user's nationality or place of residence.
The 'Company' reserves the right to modify or change this Privacy Policy at any time at its sole discretion. Any modified policy shall take effect immediately upon its distribution through updates to the app or webpage renewals, without any obligation to provide prior notice to users.

1. '회사'는 사용자가 '이 앱'을 이용함에 있어 발생하는 직·간접적인 손해, 데이터 손실, 기기 오작동 등에 대해 일절 책임을 지지 않습니다.
2. '이 앱'은 '있는 그대로(As-is)' 제공되며, '회사'는 앱의 무결성, 특정 목적에의 적합성, 서비스의 중단 없는 제공을 보증하지 않습니다. 사용자는 전적으로 본인의 책임 하에 앱을 사용해야 하며 '회사'는 이에 대해 완벽하게 면책됩니다.
1. 본 개인정보처리방침의 해석 및 '이 앱'의 사용과 관련하여 발생하는 모든 법적 문제와 분쟁은 대한민국 법률의 적용을 받습니다.
2. '이 앱'과 관련하여 '회사'와 사용자 간에 법적 분쟁이 발생할 경우, 소송의 관할 법원은 대한민국 내의 관할 법원으로 한정합니다. 사용자의 국적이나 거주지에 관계없이 본 조항은 최우선적으로 적용됩니다.
