I live a very sedementary lifestyle, I don't go out often, and I don't go to gyms at all. I've tried to go to gyms, and always loose steam quickly. What I found worked for me though, was walking through a park in my city. Plugging in my earbuds and just moving my feet. I felt more energized each time I did this before work, and my calves were bigger. It's hard to do it during the colder months sadly.
