My job shipped me out to the southern most part of MA, I was right next door to RI. I was in the area for three weeks, and the three weeks before that I was rushing and scrambling to try and do all my personal tasks after just returning from the road at a different location. Basically, I was a little drained. My first "day off" on this trip was spent taking the LSAT exam, since it was remote I had to turn the camera around the room and under my desk and such. I had to redo it three times... ah... I couldn't stand it. This day, I considered my true "day off". I took a drive to Boston, the area where a friend of mine from middle school lives. We went out to China Town, trying every bakery I asked to visit. I needed that Melon bread soooo bad. We then went out to get donuts, this place also served some boba. Delicious stop. I was inhaling my finds like a monster, DELICIOUS. We also went to Karaoke, had a fabulous time. I haden't been able to properly spent time with this friend, we had seen each other breifly, but never a proper one-on-one day to really catch up and just be in the prescence of each other. I just spent the entire day appreciating that I still had someone so special in my life from so long.
