Connecticon 2025

This was my second time going to Connecticon, I went with my mom and sister. If I had to decide between Boston and Hartford, the answer is Hartford. Connecticon, unlike the social media concent farm that is Anime Boston, really does foster a strong sense of community. You are really pushed to interact with others in a special way. When it came time for the Sonic Photoshoot I was given a very confusing map, and a general direction to go "that way". I had four people following me to get there- but I got us there! The path to the photoshoot involved a flight of stairs upwards, turn left down a walkway, then walk past a beautiful arrangement of food trucks with a tree covered grassy area to sit, down another flgith of stairs connected to a stage with performing indie artists, and then turn left again to be underneath the highway bridge right beside the river. This photoshoot was one of the more fun ones, and this picture was my absolute favorite out of all the ones I took.
