aspects
An aspect is basically the shape made when you connect 2 planets in a birth wheel with lines, showing the relationship between them. According to WikiPedia, an aspect is the “angle the planets make to each other in the horoscope, also to the ascendant, midheaven, descendant, lower midheaven, and other points of astrological interest.”
In a chart, all the blue, red, and green dashed lines on a birth wheel represent aspects.
Soft Aspect - An aspect that indicates softness and gentleness in more positive areas of life. Represented by a blue line on astro.com
Dashes and Dots represent minor aspects. I’m not going to go into those here.
Conjunction (0 Degrees) - Hard Aspect, when two planets exactly line up in the sky, making their energies fuse and strengthen. If the planets get along, conjunctions bring potential. If not, they bring challenges. Basically two planets working together!
Sextile (60 Degrees) - Soft Aspect, positive! Usually are between Fire and Air or Earth and Water. This is an easy and cooperative aspect.
Square (90 Degrees) - Hard Aspect, Looks like a square as the name implies. It brings drama and is sharp. Does not mean bad things will happen, it just means challenge. This aspect brings stress.
Trine (120 Degrees) - Soft Aspect, Lots of potential for positive changes. Can bring harmony and luck. Trines occur either in all fire signs, all air signs, all water signs, or all earth signs. To better understand the trine, understand the sign. Take advantage of these aspects!
Opposition (180 Degrees) - Hard Aspect, When planets are opposite to each other. This brings conflict since 2 opposite signs tied together don't always end well.
(There are more, these are the major aspects.)

Mine:
Saturn, representing independent relationships and family, approaches Uranus who rules self and life purpose in a challenging and conflicting way and this creates negative impacts in the area of interpersonal relationships.
An aspect with more than 2 planets.
T Square: 3 Planets at WAR
Grand Cross/Grand Square: 4 Planets at WAR
Grand Trine: 3 Planets in SWEET HARMONY
This is a lot easier than the normal aspects. Simply follow the steps below:
What planets are you dealing with? What do they mean?
What is the Aspect?
What kind of tension is between them?
Analyze.
EXAMPLE:
Uranus (Rebellion), Jupiter (Luck+Growth), Saturn (Discipline)
T Square
War and Conflict
My attempts at rebellion and inability to grow negatively impacts my discipline and ability to restrict myself.
