Overview
Solvexis helps you run chemistry calculations, browse element information, and save your results on your device. This policy explains what information is handled and why.
Information We Collect
Saved entries you create: calculations you choose to save to your Logbook (inputs, results, timestamps, and a short description).
App settings you choose: touch feedback, motion mode, and rounding preferences.
Purchase information (if you support the app): purchase status provided by Google Play for in-app products.
Solvexis does not require account creation and does not ask for your name, phone number, or precise location.
How We Use Information
To show your Logbook entries and settings inside the app.
To complete and acknowledge in-app purchases when you choose to support the app.
To improve stability by understanding errors reported by the operating system (without intentionally collecting personal identifiers).
Storage & Retention
Logbook entries and settings are stored locally on your device and remain until you delete them or uninstall the app.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not share Logbook entries or settings with third parties because they remain on your device.
If you make an in-app purchase, Google Play processes the transaction. We receive purchase confirmation needed to unlock/acknowledge support tiers.
Third-Party Services
Google Play Billing is used for optional in-app purchases.
Web content viewer is used to display policy pages. When you open a web page, your device may share standard web information (such as IP address and user agent) with the website you are visiting.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards within the app design to keep your information on-device. No method of storage is 100% secure, so please avoid storing sensitive personal data in Logbook descriptions.
Children’s Privacy
Solvexis is designed for general educational use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided personal information through email support, contact us and we will address it.
Your Choices
Delete individual Logbook entries or clear the Logbook at any time.
Reset settings to defaults in Settings.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect app changes. The effective date at the top will be updated when changes are published.

Scope
Solvexis does not include public profiles, public feeds, or in-app posting. This policy applies to any content you send to us via email support and any text you store in your personal Logbook.
Prohibited Content
Please do not send or store:
Personal data you don’t want retained in email threads (IDs, financial data, private addresses).
Harassment, hate speech, threats, or illegal content.
Malware, phishing links, or instructions intended to harm others.
Support Requests
When emailing support, include:
A short description of the issue
Your device model and OS version
Steps to reproduce (if applicable)
Enforcement
We may stop responding to messages that violate this policy and may report illegal content as required by law.
Updates
This policy may be updated as the product evolves. The effective date will change when updates are published.
