Solutions Architecture proudly joined The South Bergen Jointure Commission in a heartwarming ribbon-cutting ceremony held just this past week to celebrate the dedication of the Ed Weihenmayer Center, a new building in Teterboro, NJ that will support the Commission’s 18–21 year-old Special Education Program.
The South Bergen Jointure Commission is a special education public school district, serving the educational needs of classified students ages 3 to 21 who are autistic or multiply handicapped from Southern Bergen County, New Jersey.
The acquisition of this building holds great significance as it marks the first time, since its inception, that the commission has owned its own building. This momentous occasion is a testament to the Commission's dedication and progress.
A hearty congratulations to Dr. Michael Kuchar and the SBJC's Board Leadership which is comprised of Superintendents from (14) Bergen County School Districts.
Our team takes immense pride in supporting programs like this and in the transformation of this building into a haven for its students where they can not only thrive outside the traditional classroom but also gain the skills and confidence needed for independent living. The journey toward empowering the special needs community to succeed is a remarkable one, and we are honored to be part of this important endeavor.
This achievement is a symbol of hard work and dedication of so many and our shared commitment to education, inclusivity, and the holistic development of all students. We look forward to witnessing the positive impact that this new space will have on the lives of the students and the community it serves.
