Solo Stream Player ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is collected, used, and disclosed by Solo Stream Player.

We do not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information (PII). We do not require you to create an account, log in, or provide your name, email address, or phone number to use the application.
The App allows you to input M3U playlist URLs and play video content.
Local Processing: All playlists, stream URLs, and custom headers (User-Agent, Cookies, Referer) that you input are processed locally on your device.
No Uploads: We do not upload your playlists or viewing history to any external server. Your content remains strictly on your device.
The App functions as a local video player.
We access video files stored on your device solely for the purpose of playback and displaying a gallery view.
We do not scan for non-video files, and we do not transfer your personal files off your device.
To function correctly, Solo Stream Player requires specific permissions from your Android device. Here is why we ask for them:
INTERNET (android.permission.INTERNET):
Reason: Required to stream content from the M3U URLs you provide and to fetch DRM licenses (e.g., Widevine, ClearKey) required for playback.
READ EXTERNAL STORAGE / READ MEDIA VIDEO (android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, android.permission.READ_MEDIA_VIDEO):
Reason: Required to list and play video files stored locally on your device.
PICTURE IN PICTURE:
Reason: Allows the video player to continue playing in a small window while you use other apps.
The App may use third-party services that collect information used to identify you.
Google Play Services: We use Google Play Services to distribute the app and ensure compatibility.

App Tracking: We do not use cookies or tracking technologies to track your behavior within the App.
Stream Headers: The App supports the use of HTTP headers (Cookie, Referer, Origin, User-Agent) to allow playback of protected streams. These headers are used strictly for establishing a connection between your device and the streaming server provider you have chosen. We do not intercept or read this data.
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information (if any were collected), thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Since your data (playlists/history) is stored locally on your device, its security also depends on the security of your device.
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
Solo Stream Player is a media player application. We do not provide, host, or distribute any media content, playlists, or streams. The user is solely responsible for the content they play using this App. We do not endorse the streaming of copyright-protected material without permission of the copyright holder.
