Solly Coles

I’m currently a Norbert Wiener Fellow at Tufts University, working in Dynamical Systems and Ergodic Theory. Before this, I was a Boas Assistant Professor at Northwestern University.

I obtained my PhD in 2022, from the University of Warwick. My supervisor was Prof. Richard Sharp, and my thesis is entitled On the distribution of periodic orbits and linking numbers for hyperbolic flows – it can be found here.

Before my PhD, I studied at the University of Bristol, where I completed an MSci (integrated Masters) in Mathematics.
