This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App, particularly regarding our Generative AI companion and virtual character chat features.
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the application.
Account Data: When you register, we may collect your email address, username, password, age, and profile information (e.g., via Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple).
Chat and Interaction Data: We collect the text messages, inputs, prompts, and interactions you exchange with our AI characters：
Your chat data is processed in real-time to generate AI responses but is not used to train or improve our underlying AI models.
Device and Usage Data: We automatically collect IP addresses, Camera, microphone, photo library read/write access, speech recognition.

Filter, moderate, and monitor content to prevent toxic, illegal, or harmful inputs/outputs.

We do not sell your personal data. To provide the AI features, we may share anonymized or pseudonymized prompt data with third-party Large Language Model (LLM) providers DeepSeek. These third parties are contractually bound to protect your data and are prohibited from using your data for their own marketing or model-training purposes.
Your information may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your state, province, or country. If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the UK, we ensure that standard contractual clauses (SCCs) or equivalent legal mechanisms are in place to safeguard your data transfer.

Our App is strictly intended for individuals aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions). If we learn that we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, we will delete that information immediately.
6.1Age Verification and Gatekeeping
To prevent minors from accessing our services and to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we implement the following measures:
Age Gate: Upon the first launch of the App or during account registration, users are required to provide their accurate date of birth.
Access Restriction: If the age entered indicates that the user is under 17 years old, the registration process will be immediately terminated, and the user will be blocked from creating an account or interacting with our AI characters.
Technical Isolation: We do not knowingly collect, store, or process any personal information from anyone under the age of 13 (or 16 in relevant jurisdictions).
6.2 What Happens if a Child Accurately Bypasses the Gate?
We recognize that children may occasionally falsify their birth date to gain access. If we discover, or have reason to suspect, that we have inadvertently collected personal information (including email addresses, IP addresses, or chat histories) from a child under 13 (or 16 in the EU), we will take the following actions immediately:
Deactivate and permanently delete the user account.
Wipe all associated chat data, prompt logs, and personalized memory files from our servers and third-party AI LLM provider pipelines.
6.3 Information for Parents and Legal Guardians
We encourage parents and guardians to monitor their children's digital activities. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has created an account and is using our App, please contact us immediately.
Upon verification, we will cooperate fully to delete the account and all related data.
