This Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding legal contract between you ("User" or "you") and [Insert Company Name or Developer Name] ("Licensor," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the SoLink AI mobile application (the "App").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the App.
License Grant: Licensor grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App on a single mobile device owned or controlled by you, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.
Age Requirement: You represent and warrant that you are at least 17 years old. If you are under 17, you are not authorized to use this App.
Artificial Intelligence: You acknowledge that the characters in this App are virtual entities powered by generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs). They are not human.
No Psychological/Professional Reliance: The App is designed for creative expression and entertainment. The AI characters are not qualified to provide psychological counseling, mental health therapy, medical advice, legal guidance, or financial planning. Do not use this App as a substitute for professional human help.
Output Variability: AI-generated content can occasionally be inaccurate, nonsensical, biased, or unexpected. Licensor does not guarantee the correctness or appropriateness of any AI responses.
You are entirely responsible for the prompts, inputs, and text you submit to the App. We maintain a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for harmful, toxic, or abusive behavior. You strictly agree NOT to:
Generate or attempt to induce the AI to generate content that is sexually explicit, pornographic, promoting self-harm, suicide, terrorism, hate speech, or severe violence.
Harass, stalk, or defame real individuals through the use of the App.
Perform prompt injection, reverse engineering, or automated scraping of the App's backend models.
Enforcement: We utilize automated filtering tools and human moderation. We reserve the absolute right to monitor chats for safety, flag violations, and permanently ban any user account within 24 hours of detecting a violation, without refund or prior notice.
The App: Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in the App, including its source code, UI, art assets, and the underlying algorithms shaping the AI personalities.
Your Inputs & Outputs: You retain ownership of the prompts you write. Regarding the text and dialogue generated by the AI in response to your prompts, Licensor grants you a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, share, and enjoy those outputs for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial exploitation of AI character dialogues generated within the App is strictly prohibited.
Payment Processors: All financial transactions, subscriptions, and virtual currency purchases are processed securely and exclusively through Apple App Store (In-App Purchase) or Google Play Billing.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle via your Apple/Google account settings.
No Refunds: Except as required by local consumer law or the specific policies of Apple/Google, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
TO the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Licensor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to emotional distress, psychological discomfort, or loss of data, arising out of your interactions with the AI characters.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Licensor from any claims resulting from your breach of this Agreement or your misuse of AI-generated content.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding its conflict of law rules. Any legal action arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, USA.
