3. Information the Extension Accesses (Locally)

To perform its single function, the Extension requires limited access, processed entirely locally within your browser:

• Active Tab URL: The Extension checks the URL of your currently active tab (activeTab permission) solely to determine if you are on the designated FEU Tech SOLAR faculty evaluation page (*://solar.feutech.edu.ph/online/faculty/evaluation*). This check is necessary to activate the extension's functionality only on the relevant page. This URL is not stored or transmitted.

• Page Content (DOM Interaction): The Extension interacts with the HTML structure (Document Object Model or DOM) of the FEU Tech SOLAR evaluation page (scripting and host permissions) only to identify the specific dropdown menu elements (<select>) corresponding to the evaluation ratings. This interaction is necessary to fill the form fields. The content of the page is not collected, stored, or transmitted.

• User Interaction within Popup: When you click a rating level (e.g., "Outstanding", "Average") within the Extension's popup menu, that selection is registered temporarily. This selection is used only for the immediate, single action of setting the value of the identified dropdown menus on the page during that session. This selection is not stored or transmitted.

4. How Information is Used

The limited information accessed locally is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• To verify that the active webpage is the target FEU Tech SOLAR evaluation page.

• To locate the correct rating dropdown elements on that specific page.

• To populate those located dropdown elements with the rating value corresponding to the user's click within the Extension popup.

5. Information Sharing

We do not share any user data (because none is collected) with any third parties. All operations performed by the Extension occur locally within your Chrome browser.

6. Data Storage and Security

The Extension does not store any user data, personal information, or user selections persistently. All operations are performed in real-time within your browser session and are discarded afterward. The Extension runs entirely within the standard security environment provided by the Google Chrome browser.

7. User Choices and Control

You have full control over the Extension. You can disable or uninstall the SOLAR Auto-Filler extension at any time through Chrome's extension management page (chrome://extensions).

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in functionality or legal requirements. If significant changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
