Description

Seka Hills Restaurant and Cultural Center is a proposed demolition and construction project to be located on the Vallejo waterfront at 285 Mare Island Way.

The project was submitted by the Yocha Dehe Wintun Nation.

History

Current Status

The City Council decided to authorize the City Manager to negotiate a long-term ground lease for the site to the Yocha Dehe Wintun Nation during their January 14 2020 meeting.

Should a lease agreement be made, the development can then move through the entitlement, CEQA, and permitting process.
