Description
The Mariner's Cove project seeks to develop the northern portion of Vallejo's waterfront. This project will build 175 new single-family homes with garages accessible via alleyways. In addition, there would be 22,000 square feet of commercial and retail space. A 4.45 acre Wetland Park and a 3.52 acre Promenade Park would provide open space to this new community.

The project was heard by the San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission (BCDC) during their 8 June 2020 meeting.
During the City Council's 21 July 2020 meeting, staff noted that a complete application has still yet to be submitted, although the project is almost there.
