The building would be three stories and would consist of 154,000 square feet. The facility will be open 24/7 year-round and employ around 35 employees. The facility will have 97 parking spaces while the future two-story medical office/commercial will have 48 parking spaces.

Amenities provided by the assisted living facility include common living areas, a wellness and fitness room, a theater, dog spa, cafe, and library. All units will have a microwave. There will also be a main courtyard, a memory care courtyard, an activity patio, a dog park, a walking trail, and a vegetable garden.

Current Status

This project was approved by the Planning Commission during their January 23 2019 meeting.
