Vaca Valley Hotel is a proposed project that would build a 83,056 square feet four story Hyatt House hotel, a 2600 square feet drive-thru restaurant, and a 1500 square feet office building at the southwestern corner of Vaca Valley Parkway and East Monte Vista Avenue.
The hotel would stand at 61 feet and four inches and house 144 rooms. In addition, the Vacaville-Golden Hills Policy Plan would have to be amended in order to allow for hotels within the area. A zoning change would also be required for the lot, changing from Industrial Park to General Commercial.
