Affordable Housing

Solano-Napa Habitat for Humanity is proposing to construct nine new single-family homes for low-income households on an infill site at the corner of East Monte Vista Avenue and Scoggins Court. Of the nine units, five will also have accessory dwelling units (ADUs), bringing the total number of housing units on the site to 14.
