Roberts' Ranch Village B

Roberts' Ranch Village B is the proposed construction of 51 new single-family homes. The home sizes will be as follows:

• Plan One: 1835 square feet, three bedroom, two full bathroom, three car garage, optional "California room."

• Plan Two: 2067 square feet, three bedroom, two full bathroom, one powder bath, three car garage, optional den, fourth bedroom, or "California Room."

• Plan Three: 2215 square feet, four bedroom, two full bathroom, one powder bath, two/one split garage, optional "California Room."

  • The fourth bedroom and single garage can be converted into an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU).

The project is part of the Roberts' Ranch Specific Plan.
