Rice-McMurtry Development Area

The Rice-McMurtry Development Area consists of multiple projects in northern Vacaville, as shown in the map below.

Consisting of 221 lots for new houses, the Cheyenne development makes up the backbone of the Rice-McMurtry development.

Current Status

This project is currenlty under construction.

South of McMurtry Lane and west of Browns Valley Road, Knoll Creek is split into two parcels: Parcel One, which consists of 21 single-family residential lots, and Parcel Two, which consists of open space due to the difficulty of developing the area.

Consisting of 38 single family lots, one of which is a custom house lot, this project is being constructed by developer Standard Pacific Homes.

This site consists of 29 residential lots on 12.97 acres located north of McMurtry Lane.
