Pony Express Senior Housing

Many amenities will be provided for residents, including a community room with a kitchen, raised garden beds, and a dog run. As part of the project, there will be a "Wellness Center" that will provide medical, dental, and community services to residents.

Residential units will be distinguished as follows:

• 59 one bedroom units
• One two bedroom manager's unit

44 parking spaces will be included as part of the project.

This project qualified under a 37% density bonus due to the inherent nature of the project's affordability.
