Papin Commercial Center

The project will construct the following:

• Six pump gas station
• 2750 square feet convenience store and car wash
• 11,567 square feet commercial building
• Two outdoor dining areas

There will be two driveway entries off of Leisure Town Road and 60 parking spaces included within the project. Bicycle racks will also be provided at the convenience store.

The applicant is also requesting the ability to sell beer and wine at the gas station through a City Determination of Public Convenience or Necessity.

Current Status

The Planning Commission approved this project during a public hearing on this project during their April 21 2020 meeting.
