NorthBay Logistics Center Phase II

Description

NorthBay Logistics Center Phase II, also known as the LDK Warehouse project, involves the construction of three new warehouse buildings off Midway Road. The project would create 744,696 square feet of new industrial space in the Interchange Business Park.

The project is broken up into three phases:

Phase One will see the construction of Building 1 (617,760 square feet).
Phase Two will see the construction of Building 2a (33,696 square feet) and Building 2b (93,240 square feet).
Phase Three will see future improvements that will be coordinated with the construction of a proposed onramp to I-505.

As part of the project, 670 parking spaces will be provided.
