Midway Commerce Center

The project will construct five different buildings:

• Building A will be 37 feet tall and provide 198,126 square feet of space.
• Building B will be 37 feet tall and provide 104,237 square feet of space.
• Building C will be 41 feet tall and provide 369,119 square feet of space.
• Building D will be 45 feet tall and provide 600,736 square feet of space.
• Building E will be 41 feet tall and provide 408,065 square feet of space.

A total of 1088 parking spaces, along with an additional 306 trailer parking spaces, will be provided as part of the project.

Chancellor Court will also be abandoned.

Current Status

This project was approved by staff on 29 June 2020.
