Description
Harbison Senior Apartments is a proposed high-density residential project to be located on a 8.86 acre site at the northwest corner of Harbison and Ulatis Drives and adjacent to the Vacaville Transportation Center.
The project will construct three 48 feet three-story buildings with 87 one-bedroom and 81 two-bedroom units for a total of 168 new units. In addition, a 12,600 square feet clubhouse with a pool and a 4600 square feet fitness center are proposed. Other amenities include an outdoor courtyard, a dog park, an outside firepit, and a tennis court.
As part of the project, 302 parking spaces will be provided.
