Greentree is a proposed project aiming to revitalize the former Green Tree Golf Course. The proposal seeks to serve commercial needs for existing and future residents and to provide a variety of different types of housing in a walkable setting. The site would include 475,546 square feet of commercial space, a six acre public park, and a two acre private park, 4.2 acre trail system.
South of Sequoia Drive, the developer plans to build 203 single-story age-restricted residential lots that seek to serve an active adult community.
North of Sequoia Drive, the developer plans for higher density residences and for local and regional commercial opportunities. There are also plans for a nine acre park to serve the region.
