Description

This project consists of a proposed 865 square feet Dutch Brothers to be built at 3500 Alamo Drive.

It is anticipated that the Dutch Brothers will be open from 5am-11pm daily and will employ around 50 workers.

As part of the project, a two-lane drive-thru and 13 parking spaces will be constructed.
