Description
The Aviator Drive Warehouse project proposes to construct two new warehouse buildings on Aviator Drive between East Monte Vista Avenue and Cessna Drive. The combined buildings will provide 509,232 square feet of new industrial space.
The project will require a general plan amendment to change the eastern parcel's land use from General Commercial to Industrial Park.
As part of the project, 398 parking spaces will be provided, along with 112 truck trailer parking spaces and 24 bicycle parking spots.
