Description

Ashton Place Unit 3 is an under construction project that will build 15 new single-family homes on a 1.33 acre site on Cogburn Circle, across from Fire Station 75.

This project is located within the Southtown Specific Plan.

The homes will be two stories, ranging from 1697 to 2217 square feet. Houses will have between three and four bedrooms and will all have two-car garages.
