This project will create a new three story 23,248 square feet office building for the Solano Transportation Authority (STA) at 419 Main Street. This project is located within the Waterfront District Specific Plan.

Current Status
This project is currently in the design phases. STA has adopted the following construction schedule:
- January 2020: 50% building design
- Add large "Coming Soon" sign to inform public
- May 2020: 100% building design and groundbreaking
- Late Fall 2020: Enclose new frame building
- August 2021: Completion
- Fall 2021: Move in
STA is currently holding a call for artists. The agency will select artwork which will then be displayed at the building's headquarters.
