The Lawler Mixed Use project proposes to construct a 73 unit four-story luxury apartment building and two 3600 square feet commercial buildings on 2.8 acres of land.
The apartments will have amenities such as a fitness center and an enclosed lobby. The units will be broken up like this:
- 25 one-bedroom
- 40 two-bedroom
- 8 three-bedroom
As part of the project, 153 parking spaces will be provided.

This project was approved by the Planning Commission during their December 10 2019 meeting and by the Solano County Airport Land Use Commission on January 9 2020. It was then approved by the City Council during their January 14 2020 meeting.
