Caterpillar Clubhouse is an under construction day care center to be located on a 22,431 square feet lot at 1241 Anderson Drive.
The day care will be housed in a 4700 square feet building, with a playground to be located on a 2900 square feet lot south of the building.
A conditional use permit was issued to the applicant in order to operate a childcare center.
