Description
This project is a proposal to consruct a 7-Eleven, fuel station, and two retail pad buildings on a site east of Walters Road/Jepson Parkway and Suisun Walmart.
The proposed 3060 square feet 7-Eleven store will operate 24 hours and have 12 fueling stations.
The other two pad buildings will create 5500 and 3000 square feet of new retail space. These buildings do not currently have an occupant.
84 parking spaces will be created as part of the project.
