Tabor Commons Affordable Housing

The project will consist of two three-story buildings. The units are broken up as follows:

• Building A
  • 14 one-bedroom units
  • 14 two-bedroom units
  • Nine three-bedroom units
• Building B
  • Four one-bedroom units
  • 17 two-bedroom units
  • Nine three-bedroom units

The project will also feature amenities for tenants such as a multi-purpose common room with a kitchen, laundry, a playground, picnic area, a barbecue area, and quiet sitting areas. Property management and tenant services offices will be provided on-site.

As part of the project, 90 vehicle parking spaces and 21 bike parking spaces will be provided.

Current Status

The Planning Commission approved the project during their 22 January 2020 meeting.
