Hyatt House

The Hyatt House project aims to build a new four story, 54.5 feet hotel next to the existing Marriott Courtyard Hotel on 1340 Holiday Lane. The hotel would house 103 rooms in a building of 66,000 square feet. Amenities will include meeting space, a fitness center, and an outdoor pool and patio. A total of 98 on-site parking spaces will be provided.
