Estaire

The nine live/work units will have frontage on Pittman Road within four-plex and five-plex buildings. The rest of the residential units will be split across a three-plex and four-plex. The residential units will have tandem garage parking while the mixed-use buildings will have one-car garages. All the buildings will be 34-feet in height.

In total, the project will provide 63 parking spaces.

Current Status

The developer is requesting an extension to the entitlement period for an additional two years. The extension was approved.
