Description

This project is an approved project that will build two new commercial buildings on a vacant site between Tractor Supply Company and Les Schwab Tire Center on North First Street.

The main 5403 square feet building will be a used car sales business and will stand at about 22 feet. Other suites in the building will be leased to other tenants for permitted uses and those conditionally permitted by the zoning district.

The other 2400 square feet building will be used as an auto detail shop.

Current Status

The Planning Commission held a public hearing during their 9 June 2020 meeting and approved the project.

During their 10 March 2020 meeting, the Planning Commission motioned to continue the item to a future meeting to address issues regarding the use of the site for vehicle storage and to provide the Commission with more information about business plans.
