This app adopts 100% the contents of SOHELP DIY checkpoints provided in DOSH website and the checkpoints export format is according to the format provided by DOSH.

*DOSH : Department of Occupational Safety and Health

Background: SOHELP is an initiative by DOSH that was designed to aid compliance to legislative requirements focusing on occupational health in the work environment pertaining to chemical, ergonomics and noise. The participants of this programme are required to fill-up checkpoint forms which later be verified by DOSH.

An idea was realised through the development of this app, for making SOHLEP easier for users facing difficulty and tediousness of carrying out SOHELP requirements. Thus, having an app for this task can improve the usability of SOHELP DIY.

This app is part of an academic research to study the usability of this app with human/user factors, carried out under the Department of Environmental and Occupational Health, Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences of Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM).

Workplace Checkpoints

With SOHELP Checkpoints you can easily create and manage 3 types of checkpoints; Noise, Chemical and Ergonomic checkpoints

View and Edit

In Activity tab you will find your checkpoints where you can open, rename and export the checkpoint, you can also delete it as well but be careful, this action cannot be undone!

Color Coded Levels

When you open a checkpoint, you will see the standard 5 levels of any checkpoint inside SOHELP Checkpoints app, and they are label in different colors to make it easy for you to differentiate between them.

Everything done with just few taps

SOHELP Checkpoints makes it easy to fill checkpoints data with just a few taps then all your data is submitted to a secure server on the cloud so you can access them on any device compatible and at anytime, anywhere (Internet is required)

Export, Print, Share

With SOHELP Checkpoints, you don't just fill out forms, you can also export them to PDF and easily print and share with others.

During the export process, you can opt for QR codes to be placed under each photo for others to scan and view full size of that photo

Your SOHELP Profile

Quickly and easily update your company SOHELP profile which will be used as a cover page on the PDF file for the exported checkpoints
